Alix Martin is the founding attorney of Martin Law, P.C. and the creator of Marriage Green Card USA. As an immigrant herself, she personally understands how emotional and complex the immigration process can be. That experience drives her to make each client’s journey as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Over the years, Alix has guided hundreds of couples through every stage of the marriage-based green card process — from adjustment of status within the U.S. to consular processing abroad. Her approach combines strategic legal expertise with compassion and clear communication, ensuring that clients understand each step of their case and feel supported throughout.
Before founding Martin Law, P.C., Alix served as Head of Legal Affairs for a California-based industrial company and worked with international law firms and a Los Angeles immigration boutique, where she developed her expertise in complex visa and residency cases. She studied law in France and the United Kingdom before graduating from the UCLA School of Law.
Alix is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Fluent in English and French, she represents clients nationwide and internationally with the same attention to detail, empathy, and professionalism.
